Problem with Ishar 1, 2

Can't start Ishar.. It doesn't work even in DOS.. What could be the problem ??

To run Ishar you need to be in a pure Dos environnement with a lot of conventionnal memory.
I've tried to play it two four years ago and I remember spending a lot of time to find the good boot.
