    Havoc for Windows 95

    OK, so i know a few people have been looking for this game since i just went searching for some help on it today and found their posts. Anyways I have an original copy of HAVOC by Reality Bytes. Problem is, the game doesnt have frame-skipping built into it, so the speed of the game is dependant upon the processing power of your computer. My problem now, is that I have a gaming computer capable of running the latest games at 75+ fps. Why is this a problem? Because HAVOC runs at about 30x speed

    anyways Ive gotten my hands on some code dissassemblers and I know how to work an ini file but for the life of me i cant get this game to run slower. Does anyone have any idea how to do it?

    Things ive tried:
    editing the DX_draw.ini file
    using 3dAnalyze
    Use CPUBurn to eat the processors clock (didnt work because I have a dedicated graphics card nVidia GTX 260)
    manually turning down the clock speed of my CPU and graphics card
    (that last one didnt work cus i kept getting BSOD's and my system was way too slow)

    my last resort is gonna be to go try to find some old ass parts in some junk yard and cobble together a frankenstein.

    Any ideas would be appreiated
