Je vais accepter la réponse (encore que c'est pas tout à fait exact mais ça va ^^)
Ce cairn (immense ^^), dont l'intérieur est constitué des pierres montrées dans la photo, fut construit à l'âge de bronze.
En Suède on l'appelle Kungagraven (exactement comme King's Grave (linguistiquement)) c'est à dire, effectivement la tombe du roi, située près de la ville de Kivik (prononcer Schivik).
