      https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/...is-MPEG-1-file

Two or three years ago I have bought myself a REALmagic card (in fact, four different REALmagic cards) and started collecting all those games. For now, 10 games are available, not counting multimedia programs.

Hoagie, can you please tell where have you got this ISO image of "Entity"?
The problem is that it is custom-made from 2010, not the original. And the MPEG version requires some hacking in order to work even on the original REALmagic hardware.

Luckily, a couple of months ago one expert has started working on a DOSBox fork that supports RealMagic. Almost all game are now playable!
It is still work-in-progress though. Here is where we talk about it: DOSBox ReelMagic Fork \ VOGONS

It was offered with the issue 9 of the magazine PC Collector (with Thunderscape and Necrodome) :
            https://www.abandonware-magazines.or...102&images=oui

Just before their closure, Loriciel was (supposedly) making CD-ROM versions of Entity and Jim Power, but they weren't released. And in this CD-ROM, the version of Entity contained these short videos and an option in the configuration menu to activate ReelMagic, I don't know how they got them. I couldn't make it work, so I made an ISO (to remove other games and playable demos) and uploaded it, to preserve the videos and in case someone figures out how to make them work. The original full CD-ROM is downloadable on Abandonware Magazines.

That's excellent news ! DOSBox reads RealMagic games... I'll read the Vogons page in detail... Thanks for the info. I hope it's not too difficult to make work.

I'm looking for the RealMagic French version of Return to Zork. Would you have an idea?

In fact - yes, that expert was able to modify the files on your image a little bit so that the MPEG-version would work. However, the job is not completely done yet.

These are the two pages about the making of these two games, three months before the demise of Loriciel was known. It's definitely the same woman on your screenshot, the magazine says she's Rosanna Arquette and it looks true !

I remember seeing it for sale in French at the time. Same for the floppy disk version. I would go so far as to say that I'm sure, but I can't find any trace of it on the internet or on Ebay. Unfortunately a translation patch seems technically impossible for Return to Zork.

You should update your ScummVM topic for RealMagic is Return to Zork; because few people know that the game now runs via DOSBox. It might motivate ScummVM developers to do the same!

But that's strange: the game says the actress's name is Elvire Audray, not Rosanna Arquette?

So you are sure you saw not the regular CD version, but the MPEG version with 'REALmagic' note on it? Most copies of this game (including mine) were in fact OEM-versions sold with the cards...
But you are right: many of ReelMagic games are so rare that they are never seen on eBay. I have made a list of such games here: Reelmagic/Realmagic MPEG games - Page 3 \ VOGONS

Well, that's what Génération 4 wrote, maybe it was a joke or a misunderstanding, even if she look like her. But yes, with the budget they must have had, it's much more probable they hired Elvire Audray than Rosanna Arquette !

The ReelMagic version of "Conspiracy" has been found!
It does not work in the DOSBox fork yet, but I think it should soon. I have made a video of the introduction: Conspiracy - MPEG version (intro video and credits) - YouTube
